Snap-In Selected as Top Growth Company

Seattle, WA - Venture All Stars™ today announced the selection of its 50 finalist Pacific Northwest emerging growth companies, who will now contend to be selected as one of the top 25 Venture All Stars of 2005. The awards will be presented at the 5th Annual Venture All Stars™ Awards Gala and NASDAQ Golf Tournament. The event will be held on Friday, June 3, 2005 at the prestigious Golf Club at Newcastle located in Bellevue, Washington. At the event, Venture All Stars will also announce an overall top company from among the top 25 finalists and a northwest regional best of British Columbia, Washington and Oregon.

“The Venture All Stars Event provides an unmatched view into the best deal flow and investment trends taking place in the Pacific Northwest, and a snapshot into the future of what the next high-growth NASDAQ IPO’s may look like,” said Gary Ritner from Puget Sound Venture Club.

The 2005 Venture All Stars selection committee consists of representatives from more than 35 venture capital organizations including Motorola Ventures, Madrona Venture Group, Arch Venture Partners, Voyager Capital, OVP Venture Partners, Greenstone VC, Yaletown Venture Partners, and the Puget Sound Venture Club. This group represents billions of dollars in venture capital that are actively seeking to help entrepreneurs make their next fortune.

The 2005 Top 50 Venture All Star companies, which come from all sectors and stages, were selected over a six-week period, and were evaluated from multiple business and funding criteria including strong management, financial backing and high-growth potential.
